Meet Our Staff
Keith is a native of Texas but spent seven and a half years in Rome, Georgia before joining the Macedonia team in September 2012.
He has a B.S. degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, a MACE from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Min from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Kelley is passionate about preaching the Gospel and encouraging others to say “yes to Jesus” with their lives.
He enjoys playing golf, spending time with wife and son, Celeste and Kaleb, and eating good food.
Bob began his service to Macedonia in 1979 serving as Music and Youth Director. Over the years, his role has evolved to that of Worship Leader. He is responsible for the Worship and Music Ministry of the church.
Bob graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a B.S. in Agriculture Education with teacher certification. He then went on to complete his Masters of Church Music from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
He enjoys traveling with his family and fishing when he has time off. He and his wife Janet have been married for 35 years and have 4 children, 2 grandchildren and another grandchild on the way.
Cory was born and raised in Longview, Texas and joined the Macedonia ministry team in July of 2002.
He has a B.S in Religion from East Texas Baptist University.
Cory loves preaching the life changing truth in God’s word, seeing students pursue the Lord and connecting people into the Body of Christ.
He enjoys fishing, anything outdoors, Chick-Fil-A and spending time with his wife Melinda and their three children Baylie, Avery and Graycen.
John has been a staff member for 27 years. As Minister of Missions, he plans and co-ordinates the missions of Macedonia locally, nationally and internationally.
Bro. John is married to Rita. They have two sons, Scotty and Randy, one grandson, Todd, and two great-grandchildren.
He enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycling and fishing.
Cheryl has served as Pastor’s / Financial secretary since 1998. She has served as a ministry assistant for 21 years.
She is married to Gary and they have two grown children and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
One of Cheryl’s greatest joys is seeing her children as parents now raising their children. She also enjoys spending time with family.
Janet has served with her husband, Bob in the worship ministry at Macedonia for 33 years. She is also involved in women’s ministry and teaches a young couples Sunday school class each week. She has a passion for God’s Word and a deep desire to encourage others through it.
Janet and Bob have been married for 35 years and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren with another grandchild on the way . She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
Jill joined the staff of Macedonia in August 2007.
She has a business degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and 12 years experience in the brokerage industry. She is currently responsible for member records, attendance records, and maintenance of the website and the church Facebook page.
Jill was instrumental in getting the Girls in Action program started and has enjoyed being director of a great group of girls. She also enjoys camping, traveling and coaching the kids sports teams with her husband Ronnie. They have two children- Taylor and Ashlyn.
Jackie joined the Macedonia Team in June, 2011 as Secretary to John Wallingford, assisting him with missions/Mission Net. She is also responsible for the weekly bulletin and church-wide prayer requests. She recently began assisting with the Macedonia Mountain Movers ministry as well.
Jackie and husband, Rocky, joined Macedonia in 1985. Their two daughters, Jana and Lacy, grew up in this wonderful church. They have six precious grandchildren ranging from ages 3 to 21 years.
Building and Grounds
Don has served at Macedonia since 1998 and is a very active member of the Macedonia Chainsaw Team which aids individuals in need both locally and nationally when emergencies arise.
He considers the Macedonia Chainsaw Team his hobby and not just his ministry because it gives him such enjoyment. The thing he loves the most, though, is his grandson and spending time with him.
